I had a craving for burgers on Tuesday.
Seeing as I don't eat beef,
or gluten,
making a delicious burger isn't that straight foward.
I made turkey burgers,
seasoned with worcestershire sauce and garlic,
topped with a gluten-free bun (Udi's)
and colby jack cheese.
Instead of french fries,
we opted for roasted red potatoes.
Words cannot describe how delicious this meal was.
