Bright Blue Shoes

Two great things happened to me 

two weeks ago:

First, I found the Banana Republic skirt

I was coveting last year

at my thrift store in my size,

already altered to fit me perfectly,

and in both colors I really wanted.

The black one is pictured above,

and the sunshine yellow one will make an appearance soon.

Second, I found these bright blue

suede leather Guess heels

on sale at my local shoe store

for under twenty dollars.

Something about cute clothes

helps make walking through all those downtown blocks

in the rain and cold

that much more fun.
