Under My Umbrella

Today is the day I start working out again.

I have a gym membership I have been paying for the last six months,
during which time I have not set foot within it's walls.

I was doing pretty well for a while maintaining my weight regardless,
until I discovered that Betty Crocker makes gluten free cake mix.
That week I ate two cakes.
TWO CAKES.
I feel like that episode of Sex and the City where Miranda
pulls the cake out of the garbage and keeps eating it.

So my goal today is to run on the treadmill
(no distance requirement, just survival mode folks)
and do some stair climbing.

I have to wear a swimsuit for a family vacation this summer.
I'd like to be some what comfortable in any family photos that result.
