I've been feeling kind of sluggish lately.
That, and my pants don't fit.
It's not like I hate the weight I currently am at,
but I can tell I've been eating a few too many sweets lately,
and my clothes just don't fit comfortably.
So I got a group of my girl friends together
and we hired a Pilates instructor!
Now, once a week,
we get together at 6:45 a.m. for Pilates before work.
I've found having a workout group is a great way to keep myself motivated.
They add serious accountability,
because I can't blow off class if all my friends are waiting,
and it's a good excuse to catch up once a week
when otherwise our schedules are so crazy it's hard to see each other regularly.
Do you have any tips for helping get on a workout schedule?
Any fellow Pilates enthusiasts out there?
I think working out with others is the key. I do bootcamp that my friend runs and it helps me get motivated. I have to get back to yoga. I feel so much better.
