Cookie Time

Being gluten-intolerant
really makes you learn to appreciate
baked goods.

Husband and I were having
a particularly lazy Sunday night,
when I decided we should have cookies for dinner.
(we are all about nutrition here)

Pamela's mixes are the best.





These cookies are so delicious.
They are even light and fluffy.
(which is not always the case with gluten-free)

We definitely ate too many.
