My best friend was in town this weekend,

and I wore this outfit when we went out shopping.

We went to the bridal store to look at bridesmaid dresses,

and I must have tried on 20 dresses!

In the end, 

I think we found a winner!

And I can't wait to wear it at her wedding next year.

After a successful dress shopping adventure,

we hit the local Banana Republic

(can you tell I love their clothes?)

and scored on an extra 40% promo on sale items.

While we were in line to buy our clothes,

the woman next to us inquired as to how long we've been friends.

"you seem like you really know each other!"

After a bit of quick math,

we realized we've been best friends for 14 years!

Fourteen Years!!

I can hardly believe it.

Best friends are like a breath of fresh air.

They leave you feeling more centered and refreshed

after spending some time with them.

I feel so recharged after this weekend,

and I have a renewed sense of purpose

in making time to see my friends.

When she got in her car to leave Monday morning,

I got all choked up.

Why do our besties have to live so far away?

(This is your hint that you can move back now)
