Casual Friday

Sweater: Ann Taylor (thrifted), Jeans: Banana Republic, Blazer: Thrifted, Shades: Target

I wore this outfit to work on 'Casual Friday',
which is a corporate America tradition I have never really understood.
It's not like this means I can show up in flip flops and a hoodie.
I still have to look work appropriate and somewhat formal.
So this is my compromise:
I am wearing skinny jeans, a sweater, and a blazer.
Any time I wear jeans to the office I feel a blazer is necessary.

Also, say hello to my new love: over sized sweaters.
I found this in the medium section of my thrift store.
For size reference, I am normally a x-small to a small.
I think this sweater looks better slightly baggy though.
I can't wait to pair it with red skinnies,
which I probably would have done for this outfit
if I had been motivated to do laundry.
Seriously.
I also need to find motivation to iron.

Or I could just buy new clothes?
