Weekend Lipstick

2.17.2012

Recently I've started a tradition
of wearing red lipstick on the weekends.
I've always loved a bold red lip,
but felt like it would be difficult
to pull off the look.
So the first time I wore it,
I was a little scared.
Then the second time,
I felt a little better.
Now,
I'm a freaking rockstar/diva princess
(bet you didn't know that even existed)

There is something about
putting on red lipstick now
that just symbolizes the weekend for me.
So if you see me in red lips,
I'm on weekend mode.

  1. What a great idea! When I first started wearing bright lipstick, I used to wear it at home all the time, just to get used to it :) I'm sure you look absolutely gorgeous!

  2. Thanks Vanisha! You are too sweet! And yes, it does take getting use to wearing a bold lipstick! You don't want be out in public and be startled by your own view in a mirror!
